The sequel keeps the idea that made the first game a classic: bullets do not hurt, they push, and you only lose a life when you fly off the edge of a floating stage. What More Mayhem adds is volume and structure. The main menu now opens on a Campaign of short missions laid out in two columns, starting with a tutorial and easy bots and building up through odd rules like triple jump, invisible fighters, dynamite only and a flawless pistol duel before the final test. There is a separate Challenges menu, a Weapon Library that describes the guns, and bigger, more colourful arenas: snowy steel towers, a pink crystal cave, a desert town with orange rooftops. You can still sit two to four people at one keyboard and fight each other or team up against AI. KevinGu released it in 2012.

How to play Gun Mayhem 2: More Mayhem
- Click the game once so it receives the keyboard, then pick Campaign, Custom Game or Challenges from the menu.
- Campaign missions unlock one after another. Each sets a rule or an opponent line-up, such as two easy bots or a match where only dynamite is allowed.
- Custom Game lets you set the mode, lives and map, and decide which of the four slots are people and which are bots.
- In a match, move across the platforms, fire to shove enemies toward the edge and grab falling crates for stronger guns.
- Falling off costs a life. Survive with lives left when everyone else is out and the round is yours.
Tips
- Play the Tutorial mission even if you know the first game. It unlocks the next missions and shows the new controls, which moved to Z and X.
- Heavier guns kick you backwards too. Firing one near an edge can throw yourself off the map, so fire toward the centre when you can.
- On levels with many thin ledges, staying low is safer. It is harder to be knocked off from the bottom platform than from the top one.
- Check the Weapon Library after a few matches. Knowing the range of a gun tells you whether to chase a crate or ignore it.
