Seen from high above, the circuit looks like a grey ribbon laid across fields of grass and trees, with tyre walls on the outside of every bend. Pro Racing GT puts four cars on the grid for three laps and gives you a speedometer, a minimap and lap timers in the corners. There are several ways in. Quick Race lets you pick a track, such as Monza, and choose whether to drive it forwards or backwards. Time Trial is you against the clock, and Race History keeps your results. The heart of the game is Career Mode, a branching map that links a dealership and a garage to numbered circuits. Each circuit, Sao Paulo for example, holds tournaments locked by car class, from C up to A, so better results and better cars open the path forward. Cars differ in top speed, acceleration, grip, weight and drive layout, and during a race a skill-point counter and a bonus percentage sit next to your position.

How to play Pro Racing GT
- Choose Quick Race for a single event, Time Trial for solo laps, or Career Mode for the full progression map.
- Pick a track and a direction, then select a car in the garage after comparing its speed, acceleration and grip.
- Wait for the green light, hold the up arrow and steer with left and right through the bends.
- Tap Z before tight corners instead of relying on the grass to slow you down.
- Save turbo on X for long straights, and press R if you spin off and need to get back on the road.
- Finish high in career tournaments to unlock the next circuits and higher car classes.
Tips
- Driving the same track backwards changes where the braking points are, so learn each direction separately.
- The first car in the garage is a class C Beetle with front-wheel drive, so do not expect to win on straight-line speed alone.
- The graphics setting in Options has high, medium and low, which helps on slower computers.
