Here the friends need a lift, and you are the driver. Girls Go Wheels is a top-down city driving game released by Spil Games around 2009. Each mission opens with a short note, for example Gwen needing a ride from the office to a photo shoot. A mini-map in the corner shows your car as a green dot, the passenger as a yellow one and the destination in red. Between them lie narrow streets, shops, trees and traffic. An alarm clock counts the time and a heart shows how many chances you have left. It plays like a gentle version of a taxi game: the steering is simple, but the map is a maze, so learning the road layout is most of the challenge.

How to play Girls Go Wheels
- Choose New Game, read the mission card and press Space to take the wheel.
- Check the mini-map in the top right corner to see where the yellow pick-up point is.
- Drive to it and stop to let your friend in, then head for the red drop-off point.
- Avoid other cars and keep an eye on the clock; running late costs you one of the hearts.
- Use Continue Game from the menu to return to later missions.
Tips
- Plan the whole route on the mini-map before you set off; dead ends cost more time than slow driving.
- Ease off the accelerator before corners, since reversing out of a wall wastes several seconds.
- Wide main roads are usually quicker than short cuts through small side streets.
