The sequel opens in a seaside theme park with a castle, a Ferris wheel and a hot air balloon, and a blonde girl in a pink coaster car heading up a track that passes through the face of a stone giant. Things go wrong quickly. The track breaks up, rocks hang low, and staying in the seat becomes the whole game. Your car moves on its own; your job is to jump over gaps and duck under obstacles at the right time. A progress bar at the bottom of the screen shows the finish flag and the checkpoints on the way. There is a Day ride and a Night ride, each with a cash bonus, and a Store where the money you collect can be spent. It is a Spil Games classic from around 2012.

How to play Thrill Rush 2
- Press Start Game and choose a mode. Day is always available; Night opens on a countdown shown on the card.
- Press Up during the opening climb to skip straight to the action.
- Watch the track ahead. Press Up to jump broken sections and Down to duck when something hangs overhead.
- Collect cash along the way. The counter in the top corner keeps the total.
- Reach the checkered flag on the progress bar before you run out of your five lives.
Tips
- Wooden signs appear beside the track before some hazards; treat them as a hint about which key is coming.
- Jump a little early rather than late. A late jump usually means the rider is thrown out of the car.
- Visit the Store between rides to see what your saved cash can buy.
