Its full title is Whooly 2: Rango and the Spaceship to Moonyland, and it opens with a small orange fox standing on a grassy path under a pink sunset sky saying "I must get it back!". What he has lost is a spaceship, and the quest to recover it takes him across a world of soft pastel hills and white stone towers. Lartar, the studio behind the Whindy games, built this one for Spil Games in a sketchy, hand-drawn style. Each stage is scattered with stars that raise your score, and collecting all of them in one stage earns a Star Bonus Achievement. Seven treasures, shown as a glowing four-leaf clover, are hidden across the game for players who like to search every corner. You begin with five lives.

Tips

  • Stars along an obvious path are easy; the ones that complete the bonus are usually off to the side, so backtrack before leaving a stage.
  • If the game runs slowly, press Q to lower the quality.
  • The High Scores menu gives a reason to replay early stages cleanly once you know where everything is.
