Baddies have drained the colour out of the land, and Whindy, a cheerful pink fox with a white daisy in her fur and a satchel over her shoulder, sets out to put it back. This is the first Whindy game by Lartar for Spil Games, and it is the gentler of the two. The rule that ends each level is written on the instructions page: touch all the flowers. They start out grey, and every one you reach turns colourful again. On the way you collect gold rings and smiling flower coins for points, and red hearts that give an extra life. Controls use the arrows or WASD, with Up to jump, so it is easy to pick up. The menu also has Whindy Home, Options and a Scores table.

How to play Whindy in a Colorless World
- Type your name in the opening box, click the arrow and choose Play.
- Walk with Left and Right, and press Up to jump between platforms.
- Find and touch every grey flower in the level. The stage is complete once all of them are coloured.
- Collect rings and flower coins for points along the way.
- Grab red hearts when you see them, since each one is an extra life.
Tips
- Flowers can be tucked away above or below the main path, so explore before heading for the edge of the map.
- Enemies move in set patterns; wait a moment and watch before jumping past one.
- Hearts matter more than points on harder stages, so go out of your way for them.
- The Instructions page in the menu pictures every collectible with a short label, which is worth a glance before the first level.
