Jungle Shooter is a classic Spil Games puzzle shooter from around 2010, set in a leafy clearing between two vine-wrapped trees. A caveman kid stands at the bottom with a loaded fruit launcher, and a ceiling of strawberries, oranges and blueberry-like globes creeps down from the top. The twist over a plain popper is the shopping list on the left: every level asks for a fixed number of each fruit, shown as counters like 0/10, and a clock in the corner counts down from a little over two minutes. Clearing the screen is not the goal by itself; collecting the right fruit before time runs out is. Between rounds the harvest goes to your pets, which grow and later lend a special skill when an energy bar fills up. Bats sometimes flap into the field as well, and a well-aimed fruit knocks them out of the air.
| Mouse move | Aim the launcher |
|---|---|
| Left click | Fire the loaded fruit |
| Click a pet | Use its skill when the energy bar is full |
| Pause / Menu | Stop the clock or leave the level |
How to play Jungle Shooter
- Press New Game on the stone menu; How to Play shows the pet and quota screens if you want a refresher.
- Move the mouse to swing the arrow, then click to shoot. Three or more touching fruits of the same kind drop and count toward the quota.
- Watch the counters on the left panel. The level ends in a pass once every fruit type reaches its target, even if the ceiling is still full.
- Keep an eye on the next fruit shown beside the launcher so you can plan a shot ahead.
- Between levels, feed collected fruit to the pets. During play, click a pet once the green bar on the right climbs past its icon.
Tips
- Bank shots off the vine walls reach pockets that a straight shot cannot touch.
- Chase the fruit type that is furthest behind on the list instead of taking every easy match.
- Dropping a whole hanging cluster in one hit collects everything under it and saves precious seconds.
