A classic virtual pet game from Spil Games that squeezes a whole day of kitten care into a few busy minutes. You adopt one of three kittens, a black one, a ginger tabby or a fluffy white one, give her a name, and then she moves into a bright little room full of supplies. At the top of the screen a panel lists nine separate needs: hungry, thirsty, tired, dirty, healthy, affection, toilet, fun and training. Each bar slowly drains, and a fish-shaped General Status meter sums them all up. A countdown starts at five minutes, and your job is to keep everything in balance until it runs out. It sounds simple, but the needs empty at different speeds, so the game becomes a calm juggling act.

How to play Cute Kitten Daycare

  1. Pick the kitten you like from the three on offer and type a name for her.
  2. Read the needs panel at the top; the shortest bar is always the most urgent job.
  3. Use the item that matches the need: kitty food for hunger, the milk carton for thirst, the pink cushion for sleep, the bath or shower when she is dirty.
  4. Keep her healthy with the first-aid kit, play with the ball and toy for fun, and send her to the little toilet house when that bar drops.
  5. Watch the General Status fish and the timer, and try to finish the five minutes with every bar well filled.

Tips

  • Several needs drain together, so check the whole panel after every action rather than chasing one bar at a time.
  • Use Pause if you need to look around the room; the timer keeps running otherwise.
  • Affection and training are easy to forget because no single object on the counter is labeled for them, so keep an eye on those two bars.

Questions about Cute Kitten Daycare

How long is one round?

The clock starts at five minutes, so a full session takes about that long plus the short setup.

Does it matter which kitten I choose?

As far as we could see the choice is about looks; the care routine is the same for all three.

Is this game suitable for young children?

Yes. It is mouse only, has no violence, and teaches in a playful way that a pet needs food, water, rest, cleaning and attention.

What happens if a bar empties?

The General Status meter sinks with it, so it pays to fix a low bar as soon as you spot it.
